Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP FICO Consultant

with a strong background in

Finance and Controlling

modules, including

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in

SAP S/4HANA Finance

, along with hands-on experience in

business process design, configuration, integration, and support

for global financial operations.The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality financial solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development and customization.
Configure and manage key FICO components: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, and Product Costing.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, design process flows, and recommend system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal control frameworks.
Support SAP S/4HANA migration projects – data migration, testing, and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize performance.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 12 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance.
Expertise in Financial Closing Cockpit, Costing-based and Account-based CO-PA, and internal order management.
In-depth understanding of integration points between FICO and MM, SD, and PP modules.
Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects, testing, and cutover activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders globally.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
