SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview: As a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in SAP FICO, your role will involve leading and managing SAP FICO module implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices in financial reporting and controlling. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the SAP ecosystem, developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines for SAP initiatives, and providing leadership and mentorship to the SAP FICO team to cultivate a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will lead change management efforts, analyze business needs, translate them into technical solutions, ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, monitor SAP system performance, and liaise with external vendors and consultants for specialized SAP services and support.
