SAP Analytics Cloud Support Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Support Consultant to join our team. This role will be split between client-facing work and internal business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with additional exposure across other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Pigment, as well as integration with ERP systems.

This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to deliver SAC support, develop planning models, automate processes, and maintain reporting solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.
• Manage and maintain planning models, including:
• Public dimensions creation/maintenance and automation of data imports from S/4HANA.
• Version creation and maintenance.
• Automation of manual flat file uploads.
• Develop and execute data actions (data transfers, scripted calculations, and multi-actions) for model-to-model integration and workflow optimization.
• Configure and maintain data locking, security objects (folders, teams, roles, data access controls), and calendar tasks.
• Design, build, and enhance SAC stories including tables, charts, measures, and input controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAC performance issues while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to internal business development initiatives and support cross-EPM platform projects when required.
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• SAP Certified Associate – Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud) certification.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with hands-on implementation/support experience.
• Solid understanding of planning model management including data imports, versions, scripted calculations (nice to have), and data transfers.
• Experience in story creation (tables, charts, measures, input controls, scripting – nice to have).
• Familiarity with security administration (roles, teams, folders, data access).
• Knowledge of calendar task management and SAC governance best practices.
• Strong Excel skills, including power queries for flat file restructuring automation.
• Experience with ERP data integration (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
