ServiceNow Solutions Architect

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for experienced Solution Architecture professionals to play a key role in shaping enterprise technology strategies, driving ServiceNow innovation, and enabling impactful business outcomes for our clients. This role involves designing and future-proofing enterprise solutions, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving excellence in solution delivery and innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic technology and platform innovation aligned with industry trends to address complex business challenges.
• Design, develop, and oversee ServiceNow solution architectures and implementations.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and ServiceNow.
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and future planning strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 8–15 years in consulting, professional services, or technical delivery in complex client environments.
• Certifications (Preferred): Agile, ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one product suite.
• Technology Expertise: In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and broader enterprise technology trends.
• Solution Design: Proven ability to design scalable, business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in translating complex ideas into business-friendly narratives and influencing key stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, collaboration, and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Presentation Skills: Confident in leading presentations and tailoring technical content to varied audiences.
