ServiceNow Data & Integration Lead

You are an experienced ServiceNow Data & Integration Lead Architect who will play a vital role in designing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining integration architecture, ensuring data quality and governance, and leading integration initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, both cloud-based and on-premises. You will be tasked with defining and governing integration architecture, patterns, and best practices. Your expertise in ServiceNow data models, APIs, Integration Hub, and ETL/data pipeline approaches will be crucial in providing scalable integration solutions. Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders will be essential to capture requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining data consistency, integrity, and security across connected systems, while overseeing the troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues. Guiding and mentoring technical teams on ServiceNow integration standards and practices will be part of your role. As the ideal candidate, you must have proven experience as an Integration Architect/Lead with ServiceNow, possessing a strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data structures, and APIs such as REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub. Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools and middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Azure Integration Services is required. Your background should also include experience with data governance, transformation, and migration in enterprise environments. Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities are essential for this role.
