SAP HCM Consultant (ABAP/CPI)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and ABAP development. The role will focus on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with on-premises and cloud systems, as well as supporting HR and Payroll-related customizations within SAP HCM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configure, and enhance iFlows in SAP CPI for integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain integration scenarios using APIs, exception handling, and message mapping.
• Perform ABAP development for HR and Payroll interfaces, enhancements, user exits, and custom reports.
• Work with HR forms (Adobe Forms) to deliver customized outputs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR-related solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and HCM-related issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including iFlow design, enhancements, configuration, exception handling, message mapping, and API-based integrations.
• Strong ABAP development experience in HR and Payroll contexts (interfaces, enhancements, user exits, Adobe Forms, and custom reports).
• Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration points.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and system issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
