Dynamics CRM Scrum Master

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and ensure seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum methodologies, proficiency in MS Dynamics, and strong skills in metrics-driven reporting and working with Atlassian tools (creating queries, dashboards, and reports). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, align priorities, and drive delivery commitments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and enforce Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure delivery alignment.
• Create and maintain metrics-driven reporting using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clarity on requirements and priorities.
• Drive delivery commitments with a focus on timelines and quality.
• Provide consultative guidance to teams and proactively mitigate risks.
• Adapt to travel requirements based on project or client needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics and user flow mapping.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools for managing workflows and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve delivery challenges.
