Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily salon operations across FashionTV India’s premium salon network. Ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. Focuses on client satisfaction, staff coordination, and achieving business performance goals. Collaborates closely with marketing, training, and franchise teams to deliver an elevated fashion-lifestyle experience aligned with the FashionTV brand identity.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations across assigned salon(s), ensuring seamless workflow and premium client service.
  • Ensure compliance with FashionTV India’s brand standards in hygiene, grooming, customer interaction, and salon ambiance.
  • Track performance metrics such as client retention, daily sales, service utilization, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain high operational productivity.
  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficient and timely supply management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to support promotional campaigns and lead conversions.
  • Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for service delivery, front desk operations, and client handling.
  • Regularly audit operations, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support franchise partners in maintaining operational excellence and brand consistency across locations.

Selection Criteria

  • Prior experience in salon or spa operations, hospitality management, or franchise business support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Beauty & Wellness, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Hands-on experience with salon management or CRM software (e.g., Zenoti, Fresha, Vagaro).
  • Knowledge of salon KPIs (ARPU, client retention rate, retail-to-service ratio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle on-ground challenges, and maintain brand quality standards.
