Job Title: Outlet Manager cum Consultant – Beauty & Salon

Job Summary:

The Outlet Manager cum Consultant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining staff productivity, and driving sales through effective consultation and service promotions. The role combines management, client consultation, and team leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Outlet Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, client handling, and service quality.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per brand policy.
• Ensure equipment, inventory, and stock are properly maintained and updated.

2. Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and guide salon staff including beauticians, therapists, and front desk team.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.

3. Client Consultation & Relationship Management

• Greet and consult clients to understand their beauty, skin, or hair care needs.
• Recommend suitable treatments, services, and products based on analysis.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.

4. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets for services and retail products.
• Promote new services, offers, and memberships to enhance business.
• Maintain client database and ensure repeat visits through follow-ups and loyalty programs.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Training teams for smooth outlet operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the beauty/salon industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial or consultant role.
• Diploma or certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or Spa Management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS software is an added advantage.

• Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and performance).
• Incentives: Monthly sales incentives, performance bonuses, and staff benefits.

Pay: ₹13,020.46 - ₹39,679.97 per month
