What You'll Do:
- Collaborates with our Customers and architects and BA during project cycle to share their extensive knowledge of the Quote to Cash implementations around Salesforce CPQ
- Experience in technical Design & implementation, of quote to cash functional capabilities and integration, such as Commerce systems, Billing, ERP/ Accounting, payments, and other ancillary services such as tax and shipping and address validation.
- Arrive at the best possible implementation able to do tradeoff analysis between implementation choices, meeting the solution design principles and guidelines.
- Help derisk the solution, by providing feedback to architect during the design and POC on system limitations, open/known issues in the technical stack, workarounds and governor limits from experience.
- Involved in all the engineering aspects of implementation of solutions (configuration and customization with code) and leading dev teams in all delivery aspects including environment management, merge conflict resolution and deployment
- highly effective interacting with other developers and QAs, Architect, Analyst, Business Customer at times, a trusted advisor for the architect and analyst.We need experience in software delivery processes based on agile methodologies.
- To be successful in lead developer role:
- Guide the technical implementation of functional and nonfunctional requirements, and be hands on with the complex parts frameworks and patterns and coding practices
- Build relationships with key collaborators and team members
- Early in cycle implementation risk identification and addressing technical debt
- Fuel our internal growth by identifying, leading or contributing to Accelerators and frameworks, such as innovations, that could be used outside the immediate project context and nurture teammates' skills by sharing knowledge.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Basic requirements for Dev Leads
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for Quote to Cash domain, revenue operations (e.g CPQ, CLM ) as well as coding experience in object oriented languages.
- Ability to provide solution, and implement and optimize quote to cash business processes via technology stack such as SF CPQ and integration
- Willingness to take ownership of problems
- Rapidly learn new technologies as well as strong presentation, communication skills
- Prior experience with the implementation of CPQ and/or Order Management and/ or Billing
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model, product and pricing rules, order, contract, Billing data model
- Experience is Renewals amendments cancellation resumption uplift of Subscription product
- Minimum 3+ years with Salesforce CPQ development
- Must have prior experience implementing at least (2) full life cycle Salesforce CPQ implementations with the last in the role of Salesforce CPQ Lead Developer
- Advanced approvals.
- QCP plugins, external Configurator
- Salesforce CLM experience such as Salesforce contracts
- Other modules in Revenue cloud such as Salesforce Billing
