Job Description

The Salesforce Health Cloud Functional analyst plays a crucial role in the solution development process by conducting business analysis and also driving work daily across different teams. He or she will be connecting with client stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements, ensuring the delivery of tailored Salesforce solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple project workstreams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. The analyst will work closely with project teams, business leads, architects, and developers to implement and optimize Salesforce functionalities, particularly in the health sector. 

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience out of which 6+ years in Salesforce and a minimum of 3+ years working as a Functional or Business Analyst. 
  • Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder  
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation. 
  • Strong understanding of Health Care provider industry and Support Center operations in Health care (EHR/EMR, HIPPA, Regulatory compliance, Provider network, Provider resource onboarding etc.,) 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of work experience.  
  • A certification in Salesforce Health Cloud is highly preferred 
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to lead the distribution of functional and/or process changes. 
  • Scrum Master experience is preferred 


Responsibilities

  • Connect regularly with clients throughout each project workstream to gather business and functional requirements. 
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality and conduct estimation and planning 
  • Identify and log requirements to create, test, and launch the CRM solution. 
  • Evaluate information from various sources, resolve inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details. 
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation. 
  • Supervise data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers. 
  • Configure Users, Profiles, Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and List views. 
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system), training/training materials, and project management (updates, scheduling, invoicing). 
  • Build training materials for new users.
