The Copado Architect is crucial member of the Architecture team who will be responsible to leverage advanced Copado capabilities to drive CI/CD automation and help improve the overall Release Management process. Requirements A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.com out of which 5+ years in using Copado Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado and ADO. Manage source control strategy with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution). Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements. Collaborate with development teams to define DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards. Support release management activities, including planning, monitoring, and issue resolution. Proficient in Copado setup, configuration, and deployment automation. Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, source control systems (such as Git), branching strategies, and CI/CD methodologies. Hands-on experience with Apex Testing, and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions is a major plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
