Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving Salesforce development and customization projects. With a focus on SFDC development integration and configuration the candidate will enhance business processes and contribute to innovative solutions. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies impacting both company growth and societal advancement.

Responsibilities

Hands on experience in Experience cloud and Loyalty cloud
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Experience cloud
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Configure Salesforce settings to optimize user experience and system performance.
Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Manage SFDC data effectively to ensure accuracy and reliability across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development to support project goals and objectives.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce development.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and methodologies.
Support the companys mission by delivering impactful Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC development and customization demonstrating proficiency in creating tailored solutions.
Have expertise in Salesforce DevOps showcasing the ability to enhance development workflows.
Demonstrate knowledge in SFDC data management ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Exhibit skills in SFDC Lightning capable of developing engaging user interfaces.
Show proficiency in SFDC integration facilitating seamless connectivity between systems.
Display understanding of SFDC configuration optimizing system settings for user needs.
Experience in IT consulting is advantageous providing insights into industry-specific challenges.
Analytics skills are beneficial enabling data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
