Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to join the team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining technical resolutions according to customer standards to ensure project success. You will need to understand the interrelation between business and technical processes for project success and actively participate in daily activities such as understanding customer requirements, resolving incidents, and adhering to Salesforce.com recommended standards. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and seek clarifications from Business Analyst - Take ownership for resolving incidents, minor and standard changes related to the technology tower - Update Delivery Lead on any issues or roadblocks in meeting task deadlines - Ensure all development complies with Salesforce.com recommended standards to avoid duplications and errors - Attend meetings set up by Delivery Lead or Scrum Master and provide updates on allocated tasks Required Qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years of related SFDC Experience Cloud experience as a cloud consultant - Technical Skills: LWC, Apex Triggers, Async Apex & integration, Flows experience - Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Certification is mandatory About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
