Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, customize, and deploy robust digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals), Apex, LWC, and integrations, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customer, partner, and employee communities using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Customize and configure Experience Builder, templates, themes, and Lightning components.
Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance best practices.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support/enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Experience Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with Experience Builder, Lightning templates, page layouts, and themes.
Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Salesforce certifications: Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator.
Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud integrations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
