About the job:
The Salesforce DevOps Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust DevOps framework across multiple Salesforce environments. This role ensures smooth, automated, and reliable deployment of both metadata and configuration data for complex Salesforce implementations (including CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and custom modules).
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, version control, and release governance — with extensive experience using Gearset or similar DevOps automation tools.
