About the job:

We’re currently looking for a Senior Conga Composer Developer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimisation of complex document automation solutions within Salesforce. This role requires deep technical expertise, ownership of end-to-end implementations, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Conga Composer Architecture & Development

• Lead design and implementation of complex Conga Composer solutions
• Develop and maintain advanced templates (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint)
• Write and optimize complex SOQL queries and data relationships
• Implement dynamic logic, conditional rendering, batch generation, and multi-object solutions
• Integrate Conga Composer with Salesforce Flows, Apex, CPQ, and external systems
• Establish standards and best practices for document automation
• Ensure compliance with branding, legal, and regulatory requirements

Salesforce

• Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud(Case management), and Salesforce CPQ.
• Architect scalable Salesforce data models and automation using Flow, Apex, and best practices
• Oversee user access, security architecture, and data governance
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Review and optimize existing Salesforce configurations for performance and scalability
• Mentor junior Salesforce admins and developers

Integration & Process Automation

• Integrate Salesforce and Conga with CPQ, Contracts, eSignature (DocuSign/Adobe Sign), and ERP systems
• Lead automation initiatives using Salesforce Flow and orchestration tools
• Support CI/CD, change management, and release processes
• Expertise in Bitbucket and Gearset.

What you bring with you …

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Conga Composer experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and development skills
• Strong expertise in SOQL and Salesforce data architecture
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Experience
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certifications
• Conga Composer Certification
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Conga Contracts
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role
