Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to CRM and DMS processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features to support business workflows.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-deployment support.
• Maintain documentation for functional processes and system configurations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM ecosystem.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.
• Proven experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related automotive or retail processes.
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to integration tools and middleware connecting Salesforce with DMS platforms.
• Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools within Salesforce.
