Job Description: Design and implement SaaS-based partner portals (e.g., Impartner, Allbound, Zift) with a focus on enhancing partner experiences. Integrate partner portal systems with Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms, enabling real-time insights, and automating key business processes. Work closely with Business stakeholders, Salesforce admins and developers to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and partner portal systems. Ensure the partner portal provides intuitive experience for users to manage and redeem rewards, track MDF spend, and access program resources. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of partner portal data with other business systems, including ERP, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Facilitate data exchange between systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date information for both internal business teams and partners. Leverage Salesforce reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights into partner performance, MDF utilization, program effectiveness, and overall portal success. Design dashboards and reports in Salesforce to monitor the success of partner programs and portal features.
