Salesforce Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.

Configure and customize Salesforce features to support business workflows.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-deployment support.

Maintain documentation for functional processes and system configurations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM ecosystem.

Required Skills Qualifications: 57 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst (BA) or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM workflows.

Proven experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related automotive or retail processes.

Ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to integration tools and middleware connecting Salesforce with DMS platforms.

Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools within Salesforce.
