Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter – Staffing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals for subcontracting roles across various clients and technologies. You will work closely with account managers and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze IT SubCon staffing requirements from clients. Source and identify qualified IT professionals (contractors, freelancers, consultants) through job portals, social media, databases, references, and vendor networks. Evaluate candidates through technical screening, interviews, and background checks. Negotiate rate cards, contract terms, and onboarding conditions with candidates and vendors. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission and placement. Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT subcontractor talent for future requirements. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS/CRM. Ensure compliance with client and organizational policies during onboarding and documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus. 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 1 year in SubCon/vendor-based staffing. Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technology trends (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.). Familiarity with Indian IT contract hiring market and third-party/vendor management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Tier 1 IT services companies or global staffing firms. Exposure to India staffing is preferred Knowledge of compliance and legal aspects of IT subcontracting in India.
