Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Management: Handle incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow. Change Management: Implement and manage change control processes to ensure minimal disruption to IT services ITIL Management: Apply ITIL best practices to manage IT services and improve service delivery Monitoring Tools: Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance Unix Commands: Perform basic Unix command operations for system administration and troubleshooting Java Springboot Knowledge (Good to Have): Basic understanding of Java Springboot and RESTful APIs to assist in application support and troubleshooting. Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow in an IT support role. Strong understanding of Change Management and ITIL processes. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. Basic proficiency in Unix commands. Knowledge of Java Springboot and RESTful APIs is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support when required. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to mentor and train junior support engineers. Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to handle technical issues professionally and efficiently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
