We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant

to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves analyzing business needs, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend Salesforce-driven improvements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, functional specifications, and solution designs.
  • Support and lead testing efforts, including test case preparation, UAT planning, and execution.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create adoption/enablement materials.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Monitor system usage, adoption, and performance; recommend enhancements and optimizations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and industry best practices, advising on solution improvements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Salesforce environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills: user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in test case preparation and UAT coordination.
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Release Manager – Sales / Service. (Financial Services Cloud and Pardot – good to have)
