Role:-Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities:  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.  Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.  Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports as needed.  Work with developers and administrators to design and implement Salesforce enhancements.  Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.  Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.  Monitor Salesforce performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.  Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users and resolve system-related issues.  Facilitate training sessions and ensure user adoption of Salesforce best practices.  Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging features relevant to the organization. Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.  3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.  Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.  Experience with requirement gathering, process modeling, and UAT.  Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks and configuration.  Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid chart, or similar.  Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred:  Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.  Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.  Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or integrations with third-party platforms.
