• Act as a functional Business Analyst for Salesforce applications
• Support, enhance, and optimize

  Sales Cloud

  and

  Service Cloud

  business processes
• Perform Salesforce

  administration and configuration

  activities
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
• Coordinate and support

  manual testing and UAT

  activities
• Conduct

  end-user training

  and provide ongoing functional support
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Participate in

  Agile ceremonies

  and support related documentation

Mandatory Skills

✔ Strong Salesforce functional knowledge

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

Sales Cloud

2+ years of Salesforce experience

Good-to-Have Skills
