Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with clients, developers, and architects to design scalable Salesforce implementations.
Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation.
Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and UAT activities.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification preferred.
