Role:- Virtual Event Planning Assistant Responsibilities β Manage vendor relationships by ensuring all contracts are thoroughly reviewed and signed promptly. β Track vendor schedules, coordinate seamlessly to prevent overlaps or missed deadlines to ensure smooth execution of events. β Handle all vendor communications to ensure that every requirement is met and any discrepancies are addressed promptly. β Organize the calendar to strategically schedule meetings & appointments. β Manage all forms of client communication including emails, phone calls, and messages. β Monitor the event budget by meticulously tracking all expenses and ensuring they align with the set financial plan. β Provide detailed reports and updates to help in making necessary adjustments to prevent budget overturns. β Conduct comprehensive research on potential venues, vendors as well as gather detailed information to help planners present their clients with best possible options. Knowledge Requirement Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication. 1+ year of experience in event management, virtual events, or a related field. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Show more Show less
