Key Responsibilities-

1. Business Analysis

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead requirements workshops, interviews, user story creation, and process mapping sessions.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to define solution scope, priorities, and release plans.
  • Support change management, UAT planning, end-user training, and post-deployment adoption.

2. Salesforce Administration

  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, security controls, and data management.
  • Configure Salesforce components: workflows, process builder/flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports & dashboards, and custom objects.
  • Work with developers to define technical requirements for Apex, triggers, and Lightning Components when needed.
  • Ensure platform governance, data quality, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Assist with Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and environment setup.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation.

3. Quality Assurance / Testing

  • Develop test strategy, test plans, test cases, and QA documentation for new and existing features.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT-level testing.
  • Identify defects, document them in the tracking system, and work closely with developers/product owners for resolution.
  • Ensure all delivered functionalities align with requirements and meet quality standards.
  • Build and maintain test data, test scenarios, and automation scripts (where applicable).
  • Participate in release validation and post-deployment testing.


Requirements-

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce Administration, and Quality Assurance.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead discussions at a senior level.
