Job Description

Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Bangalore -WFO

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and maintain robust analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

2. Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and gather requirements for new projects or process improvements.

3. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to provide insights into potential business opportunities.

4. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present clear and concise reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:
MBA, or anything relevant.

2. Experience:

-2+ years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably in Salesforce

3. Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

4. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

5. Team Player:
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

6. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of additional business intelligence tools is a plus.

7. Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Proactive Approach:
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive positive change.
