Job Description

Job Title:

Salesforce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions for real estate processes.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and demos.
Support configuration, integration, and system optimization.
Ensure CRM data accuracy, reporting, and adoption best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
1–6 years
of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably Salesforce-based).
Knowledge of
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
, and CRM workflows.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Salesforce
Administrator or BA certification
preferred.
Prior exposure to
real estate CRM / process automation
is a plus.
