Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Business Analyst Salesforce Automation & Sales Execution

  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering, analysis, Subject Matter Expertise, and documentation for

    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), mobile SFA tools, and other sales force enablement applications

    , ensuring meticulous alignment with L'Oral's overarching B2B commercial strategies and objectives for NA and SAPMENA.
  • Expertly translate intricate sales business needs and user stories from regional sales stakeholders into clear, concise, and actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams, serving as a critical liaison between sales leadership, business operations, and IT.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between diverse sales stakeholders (including Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Representatives) from NA and SAPMENA and IT teams, fostering a shared understanding, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Drive the adoption of industry best practices in

    Salesforce SFA and sales execution tool deployment and optimization

    , leveraging your extensive experience gained from the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams within an Agile framework to ensure iterative value delivery and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and related SFA solutions for global deployment.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that all solutions meet stringent sales business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
  • Provide invaluable expertise, governance framework, and guidance on Salesforce applications, particularly in the context of

    sales force automation, lead-to-opportunity management, territory management, sales reporting, and mobile sales enablement

    , identifying opportunities for leverage and optimization across regions.
  • Actively support change management activities, which includes the development of engaging training materials, conducting user training sessions, and devising robust user adoption strategies to ensure seamless transitions for NA and SAPMENA sales teams.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and advancements within the Salesforce ecosystem and broader SFA landscape to proactively propose innovative solutions that enhance our sales force's commercial capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    6-8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a substantial focus on the deployment, configuration, and optimization of

    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms.


  • Industry Expertise:

    Mandatory proven track record of successful SFA implementation and optimization within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries.

  • Technical Acumen:

    Demonstrated strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

    Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile SFA),

    ideally within a commercial B2B sales context.

  • Certification:

    Relevant certifications in

    Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or other Salesforce applications

    are highly preferred.

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
