Salesforce Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for gathering requirements from the product manager and building the product backlog items. You must have expertise in ART methodology and collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap. Leading and driving technology solution-related activities with the team to ensure its future-proofing according to the product vision roadmap will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, as well as sizing and prioritizing features/user stories to align with the product vision. Effective communication between the development team and the product team is crucial, along with leading all scrum ceremonies to ensure the team is unblocked to complete work on time. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from the product manager and build the product backlog items - Have expertise in ART methodology - Collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap - Lead and drive technology solution-related activities with the team - Ensure future-proofing considering the product vision roadmap - Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories - Size and prioritize features/user stories to align with the product vision - Communicate effectively between the development team and the product team - Lead all scrum ceremonies to ensure timely completion of work - Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals - Demonstrate milestones achievement to product team stakeholders for early feedback - Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends - Conduct peer project reviews and ensure projects are executed as per the program plan - Mentor team members with required skills and processes to groom them to the next level - Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions to empower team members - Guide the team on ideation, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Product Roadmap definition, Roadmap Checkpoints, MVP, and usability requirements Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience with data analytics, forecasting, and business case development - Expertise in the product development process and bringing products/services from ideation to fruition - Author product requirement documents, conduct market trials, align key resources, and manage large-scale IT development programs - Strong work ethic with a proven track record demonstrating accountability, creativity, and initiative to achieve organizational goals Company Details: For the past 20 years, the company has powered many Digital Experiences for the Fortune 500.
