Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Automotive Cloud Consultant to join our team and help deliver cutting-edge CRM solutions tailored for the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud, strong knowledge of the automotive retail ecosystem, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Salesforce Automotive Cloud features such as:

• Vehicle Lifecycle Management

• Dealer & OEM Relationship Management

• Service Scheduling and Maintenance Plans

• Connected Vehicle Data integration

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (OEMs, dealers, service centers).

• Design solutions using Salesforce core and industry-specific objects (e.g., Vehicle, Dealer, Retailer, Service Events).

• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and Apex classes/triggers as required.

• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to design scalable CRM workflows.

• Integrate Automotive Cloud with external systems like DMS (Dealer Management System), ERP, and telematics platforms.

• Customize dashboards and reports for sales, service, and field operations.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Provide end-user training and support to business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud (or experience in Salesforce Industries – Vlocity).

• Strong knowledge of automotive retail and service operations.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, Flow Builder, and LWC/Apex (for developer roles).

• Experience with Salesforce Data Model for Automotive, including objects like Vehicle, Dealer, Service Campaigns, etc.

• Familiar with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).

• Salesforce certifications preferred:

• Salesforce Automotive Cloud Accredited Professional

• Salesforce Administrator / Platform Developer I / Salesforce Industries Consultant (Vlocity)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global automotive clients (OEMs, dealerships, service providers).

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Exposure to DMS, ERP, or Connected Car platforms.
