Data Integration & Architecture

• Hands-on with API-based integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Experience with data governance, MDM, data lakes, and warehousing.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of real-time personalization, predictive insights, and recommendation engines.
  

AI/ML & Analytics Integration

• Experience integrating AI/ML models with Salesforce Data Cloud using Einstein Studio.
• Hands-on with model builder and integrating external LLMs with Agentforce.
• Advanced analytics and Customer 360 implementations.
  

Client & Team Interaction

• Prior experience with US-based clients and global delivery models.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
• Guiding development teams in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning implementations.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Domain experience in Healthcare.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Einstein Analytics.
• Experience designing unified data platforms/CDPs at scale.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Exposure to Agentforce solutions involving RAG-based retrievers.
• Familiarity with data security, governance policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  

Soft Skills
