Salesforce Architect

Role Overview: You are being sought for the position of Salesforce Solution Architect at AvalonBay. Your main responsibility will be to lead the transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. The role involves designing scalable and user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and ensuring a unified associate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning. - Redesign the data model by replacing custom objects with standard Lead/Opportunity where applicable. - Configure Lightning features such as Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, and Omni-Channel. - Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions as necessary. - Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA team for delivering incremental releases. - Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in Lightning implementations. - Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management, and digital engagement. - Proven experience in Classic-to-Lightning migration projects. - Strong understanding of low-code/no-code capabilities like Flows and Dynamic Actions. - Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect certification is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
