Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.Redesign data models (standardize Leads/Opportunities where applicable).Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications

7+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.Deep understanding of low-code/no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Skills: salesforce,adobe marketing cloud,technical architecture,lightning,service cloud
