Role Overview

Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions for enterprise-scale clients.
Define data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, harmonization, segmentation, and activation strategies.
Lead integration of multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, Marketing, Digital, External APIs) into Salesforce Data Cloud.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Provide thought leadership on
data strategy, governance, and security
within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Developers) to deliver seamless solutions.
Mentor technical teams, review designs, and ensure solution scalability and performance.
