Description
As a Salesforce Architect at Red Hat, you will be responsible for delivering the technology strategy for Salesforce use. You will partner with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce strategy and execution align with Red Hat's overall objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with technical teams and product managers to provide solution options and ensure platform health and agility to support current and future needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state technology architectures and roadmap - Understand potential opportunities, recommend solutions, and guide the development team for demos - Produce artifacts to guide technical teams towards meaningful business outcomes - Provide oversight for technical work to ensure platform standards are followed - Monitor and maintain platform health using KPIs for performance, data quality, technical debt, and agility - Maintain up-to-date documentation of current state architecture, data flows, and integrations for Sales and Support applications - Act as technical tier 4 for unresolved inquiries within the purview of the role - Ensure regulatory and overall data compliance and adherence to business process controls **Qualifications Required:** - 7-10 years of Salesforce Development or advanced admin experience with 3+ years as an application/platform architect - Certifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Systems Architect - Strong working experience in implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud for Partner Relationship Management (PRM) - Extensive experience in managing complex compensation logic, rewards, and incentive rules for partners - Deep understanding of Sales and Service Cloud - Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, align architectural designs, balance speed with best practices, and provide technical guidance to delivery teams - Expertise in Salesforce Flow design, implementing integrations, and aligning with BPMN-based business processes - Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and applications development - Effective interpersonal skills and thorough understanding of the Sales domain - Experience with agile development methodologies **Additional Company Details:** Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open-source software solutions.
