TCS is Hiring For Salesforce Admin Experience : 5-10 years Location : New Delhi Desired Competencies Technical Design and implement Business Workflows and Flexible Workflow Compile Technical Specification document for all the developments. End to end testing of all applications. Provides administrative/application support for British Council’s corporate global CRM system (Salesforce). Works on day-to-day support, ongoing management, and maintenance of global CRM system. Supports the wider global CRM team on continuous development of our Salesforce implementation through configuration activities. Supports delivery of day-to-day support, ongoing management, and maintenance of system and data integrity for our global CRM system (Salesforce). Supports the operational delivery of custom developments and integrations Supports the B2B/G and B2C Data model and enhancements to ensure CRM systems data is accurate and governed. Should have supported multiple Salesforce CRM releases. Experience on working in a timebound and project environment Thorough experience in Sales and Service Clouds, with both Classic and Lightning UIs Salesforce Admin certification Service Management Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels. Supports operational methods, procedures and facilities in assigned area of responsibility. Identifies service delivery problems. Supports appropriate action to anticipate, investigate, resolve and document problems in systems and services. Supports the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures. Supports the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes based on requests for change. Show more Show less
