As a Salesforce Administrator at our Hyderabad location, your primary responsibilities will be to configure and customize Salesforce according to the specific needs of our organization in the Indian market. You will manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in alignment with local data privacy regulations. Ensuring data integrity and cleanliness through ongoing validation, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts will be a key focus of your role. In this position, you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to streamline business processes. Collaboration with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions is essential. Additionally, you will provide training and support to Salesforce users in India, ensuring their effective utilization of the platform. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required, with additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning Experience, is necessary. A deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities is crucial. Familiarity with Indian data privacy regulations such as GDPR and experience implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with these regulations is expected. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teams across different time zones. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently are key strengths required for this role. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential for success in this position. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements. Assist with Salesforce integrations with other systems as required for Indian operations.,
