We are currently seeking a Sales Manager specializing in Tableau & Alteryx License & Consulting Sales. As a Sales Manager at AIONTECH Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with consulting services to enterprises. You will play a crucial role in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, and will be instrumental in driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses and consulting services to enterprises. - Identify and engage with key decision-makers to effectively pitch solutions. - Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. - Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. - Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities. - Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. - Stay updated on the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and automation. - Collaborate with marketing & presales teams to create compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations. Required Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in data analytics or BI solutions. - Strong experience in selling software licenses, particularly Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders. - Strong negotiation & communication skills with a consultative selling approach. - A self-starter with high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
