Role & responsibilities

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing training programs for Business Correspondents (BCs) and ensuring that they are effectively certified and upskilled.

Key responsibilities include:

BC Certification

Qualifications:

- Graduate with 2-5 years of work experience in training in the banking financial services industry.
- Preferably a graduate with a CAlIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) certification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage and coordinate multiple training sessions.
