Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven

Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager

to lead a team of sales representatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, mentoring the team, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Management:

Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Assign sales targets, territories, and monitor daily performance metrics.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy Execution

Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
