Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead/Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales team within the dynamic and creative industry of interior design. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the design services market. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service that aligns with our company’s brand and values. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and client-focused team culture. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. Identify market trends and customer needs to create targeted sales campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, real estate developers, and other stakeholders. Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking functions. Handle high-value leads and complex project negotiations. Reporting & Forecasting: Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics and team performance. Forecast revenue and set goals to drive business growth. Use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and client information efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in interior design segment, architecture, or luxury real estate. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand design concepts and communicate them effectively to clients. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the interior design industry, including materials, vendors, and project lifecycles. Experience managing B2B and B2C sales in a service-driven environment. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
