Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Telecallers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly; provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Allocate leads and territories strategically to maximize conversions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Drive sales efforts for company projects by planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Actively participate in high-value client negotiations and closings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
  • Attend client meetings and site visits with team members as needed to support deal closures.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management with insights and action plans.

Team Development & Training

  • Identify skill gaps within the team and organize regular training sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on high performance.

Key Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a team management or leadership role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
