Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor daily sales activities, conversion rates, and lead management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth business processes.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
