DevOps Engineer Noida 2 - 4 years INR 3.5 - 5.5 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The right candidate will have solid hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure, deployment and maintenance of LAMP stack applications (e.g., Moodle, WordPress), and Node.js ecosystems. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS environments using services like EC2, S3, RDS, ALB, IAM, and VPC. Manage Linux servers running Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and PHP applications - with a focus on Moodle and WordPress. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Node.js apps built with Express, NPM, and managed using PM2. Configure and maintain application load balancers (ALB/NLB) to ensure high availability and traffic optimization. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline — especially for AEM projects. Create and maintain Bash/Python scripts to automate deployments, server tasks, and monitoring processes. Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, identify issues proactively, and ensure system reliability. Work cross-functionally with development, QA, and operations teams to enable smooth, automated, and reliable software releases. Ensure systems and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. Identify areas for process improvement, recommend solutions, and implement changes to enhance system efficiency and performance. Program Overview Internship (3–6 months): · Focus on core sales skills, product immersion, and shadowing senior consultants. · Outcome: Promotion assessment based on performance. Sales Consultant (Full-time): · Take ownership of sales opportunities. · Close LMS and tech-service deals. · Manage and grow client relationships. · Outcome: Fast-track to Account Executive or Product Specialist roles.
