Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for guiding students regarding career options, courses, and academic programs offered by the institution. The role involves counseling, admissions coordination, lead follow-up, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain a database of prospective students.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (telephonic, online, or in-person).
• Understand students’ interests and guide them toward appropriate academic programs.
• Assist students in completing the admission process and required documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities for lead generation.
• Maintain good relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in counseling, telesales, or education industry preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
