Role Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful outreach, understanding their IT requirements, and coordinating proposal creation. This role bridges market opportunities with company offerings, playing a key part in driving business growth and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads across industries and geographies.
  • Initiate professional communication via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Understand client IT service requirements (web, app, automation, trending tools).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and quotations.
  • Track lead status and maintain CRM or lead tracker updates.
  • Support in achieving sales targets through follow-ups and conversion support.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and client discussions to convey company offerings.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong understanding of business communication etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of IT service models: web development, app development, automation, trending tools, etc.
  • Effective lead research and LinkedIn navigation skills for prospect identification.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot) or Excel tracking sheets.
  • Experience or exposure to proposal writing and presentation creation.

  • Prior internship or exposure in B2B IT or service-based environments is a plus.
