Google Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various networks (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to ensure maximum reach and relevance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and strategies to optimize results.
• Implement conversion tracking, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align ad content with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage monthly budgets efficiently and deliver measurable growth in traffic and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
• Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
